I was not satisfied with the vine lace for Anne of Green Gables, so I ripped it out last night and started over with a #3 needle and a seed-stitch edging. Better!
I'm almost ready for Miss Marple - I can carry my book and a small project in my new Grace bag (from Nana Sadie Rose). I absolutely love the fabric and the design!And... I bought the yarn for the squirrel mittens - Sublime extra-fine merino wool that is lovely and soft (and dk).
As if that wasn't enough goodness for one day, I also won a contest - a skein of "The Time I Was Radioactive" sock yarn from Storm Moon Knits! This is going to make one HOT pair of socks -- thank you, Lindsay!

Congrats on winning the sock yarn. I won some a few weeks ago, the color is called tequilla something, it's an orange blend. Now I just have to learn to knit socks.
