the creative process

This week, I read a story by Katherine Mansfield, "Marriage à la mode," and I wrote about it on Tea Reads. My creative process for writing is not tidy. Behold...

snow and gazeboAs I was writing, our weather was changing from the not-unwelcome but strange January warmth to the usual January chill. Just enough snow fell - enough to transform, but not enough to shovel.

These are my first real photos with my digital camera and a little bit of photo editing. I think I have discovered a new passion.iced fence
