knitting!

nov facecloths2

I've been knitting... the face cloths on the left are a few of the patterns I've become addicted to. Ballbands, lacy round cloths, slip stitched wonders, Darrel Waltrip's cloth, and Alex's cloth.
I have to rip myself away from doing face cloths - they are more addictive than chocolate!!

sallee's bag and red scarf
The Red Scarf Project scarf did not want to leave her home - Nana Sadie Rose's Mera bag in a fifties tattoo pattern - so I promised I'd show her in the only home she's known for 3 weeks! The scarf is a simple rib (c/o multiple of 6, alternate rows of k1 p1 and k4 p3) in Wool Ease. It's five feet tall, which is at least an inch taller than I am!

Fabulous!!

I've done a variegated, in a similar rib stitch (only in crochet). Blue, brown, and cranberry variegated wool. Debated putting on fringe or not. Bound it off last night. Might post pic tonight.

Love the circular face cloths! Love them:)

Wow, you have been a knitting fiend! The washcloths are so pretty, and the scarf draped over the bag is such a nice combination.

Lovely washcloths - I love the round ones, too:)! The scarf is beautiful - the longer, the better!

I do love those round lacy cloths, oh are they addicting, almost as bad as the ball bands!

P.S. very nice bag and beautiful scarf too!
Oh I am so behind in my knitting.
I am still only 5 inches into my red scarf.
I think it would be hard to part with it too!

The circular blue one and ballband one looks so much nicer in real life:)

My washcloths are famous!

I thank you and your nimble fingers!
