See? I do knit!

In the beginning...
bunny and baby shawl

Now...
growing shawl

Progress!
This is my project for the September book for Knit the Classics - The Time Traveler's Wife.
I know you're not supposed to encourage pooling, but I love the way the colors are pooling, then wandering across to meet other colors, then pooling again... It's like Clare and Henry, yes? Together sometimes, wandering, meeting again --

Feather and fan. Feather: the wings that Clare gave to Henry. Fan: Clare, keeping the air moving in her life as she waits for Henry.

dishcloths
What else have I been knitting? Dishcloths.
Here are three - two ballbands and one grandma's favorite. I'm utterly addicted to the ballbands -

LOVE the analogy to The Time Traveler's Wife - I'm not sure I'll finish the book in time (I started really late) but I'm really enjoying it!
Your scarf is cool - and why don't you check out Cloths for Crisis if you're in dishcloth mode? See Knitnana for details....

Beautiful scarf! Sometimes pooling just works out and you have to say poo-poo to anyone who thinks different!

The colors in the scarf are beautiful, and even if I didn't know the book, I'd think it looked like things/people/places flowing in and out of one another.

What's the yarn? Inquiring minds want to know!

I love the feather and fan. That's one stitch I have yet to try. It seems like everyone but me has done it!

I see a Maggie animal in the background too! So cute - I think that may be the same fabric as the pig I bought. :)

The scarf is great for the book. Beautiful wandering colors.

I love me a good dishcloth. :)

The pooling looks good. It's meandering pooling.

I should have never knit a dishcloth. They're addicting.
