The Tao of Tinking...

a/k/a/ don't tempt fate. Minutes after I posted that last entry, I made a mistake on my lace. It took an hour to take three rows out, find all of the stitches, put them back on the needles, and then re-orient them. Reader, I did it --

Today's Zen calendar quote is probably appropriate:

"You have a saying, 'to kill two birds with one stone.' But our way is to kill just one bird with one stone." (Suzuki Roshi.) In other words, for my purposes, chop wood, carry water, knit lace. Be mindful.
