Let me share some of the things that I have been given by my friends, the true gifts.
The book Painted Shadow, is from Stephanie, whose husband Pat made the beautiful wooden pen that you can (almost) see peeking out from the rabbit-with-basket ceramic that Janet gave me. (He does amazing woodturned artwork. Go and look!) She also has given me yarns, including the soft alpaca blend from Fearless Fiber. The teapot, from Kim, is the cutest teapot ever, with bunnies scampering around its belly. Two little sheep are from Bridget, the crocheted face cloth is from Maven, and the Sketch yarn (6 skeins of it, peeking out from behind the red-scarved sheep) is from my No Sheep for You partner, Deb, who also sent me Tofutsies and white tea. Becky's gift of Lolita read by (be still my heart) Jeremy Irons didn't make the picture, but it is surely going to make my pulse race! (She was so generous to offer CDs on her blog - and I was so lucky to receive this one!)
I can't thank you all enough for being my friends, and for being so generous. Namaste to you all!

Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you're enjoying your pen. :)
How nice of you! I knew that the sheep would have a good home with you.
Awesome people!
