Today's playlist

I'm not at work today. Last night, my asthma kicked up. It's not a major flare, but I still need to be close to steam (my shower), a constant supply of hot tea (Adagio's Ceylon Sonata), and a bit of solitary confinement for when the Proventil jitters make me irritable. I'm knitting on the feather-and-fan and listening to music. Today's playlist, so far:

Ani DiFranco - "Reprieve"
Laurie Anderson - "Life on a string"
Excerpts from "Swan Lake" and "Sleeping Beauty"
Cat Stevens - "Tea for the Tillerman"
Steely Dan - "Aja"

I might throw in some Indigo Girls (just picked up the new cd) and Ralph Vaughan Williams, and then I might take a nap (if I can breathe lying down).

In other words, I'm perfectly content.

Head on over to Blah Blah Blah, Janet's new blog. Janet,
my sister-born-to-another-mother, is a contributor to Tea Reads, and she's learning how to knit socks. Go, girl!
